.shorah

It's time again to decide where to hold this year's Mysterium. To help us, an informal poll recently asked potential Mysterium attendees where they'd like to see Mysterium 2005 held. Using that information, we have compiled a list of the top six locations. If you think that you may attend Mysterium, please take a moment to fill out our survey by November 15, 2004.

Thanks for your help!

If your travel plans to Mysterium involve crossing international boundaries, please take a little time to find out about what pitfalls may await you at country borders before registering your vote.

Since they're all in the same country, I don't see why that would make a difference...

Anyway, some of you who've talked to me on MSN may already know that it's highly uncertain if I'll attend. There don't seem to be any financial or schedule-related reasons for me not to come, but current US policy requires all* foreign visitors to have their fingerprints taken before being allowed entry. I find that completely unacceptable and will not travel to the US if I can't find a way around it.

*Of course nobody would ever even think about discriminating against anybody, but apparently Canadians are somehow exempt from this rule (for now, anyway). Think of that what you will.

Voted

Since I couldn't decide between some of the other choices, I put my burg, Seattle. I would LOVE to play tourguide.

Voting until November 15th. When will we see the results?

T'resah, who thinks Minneapolis may also be cool ;)

I don't know all the choices, but I would be happy with Minneapolis, Chicago, or Boston. I'm anxiously awaiting the results.

While I understand the impatiance (goodness, I know I'm desperate to know if it's Orlando or no), we do have to wait. I'm sure they're tallying as fast as possible, given the constraints of realLife. So let's hope we find out soon.
