Looks as though the islands of Riven may be real... or are they?

The Most Beautiful Beach in the World
If you're looking for an unspoiled and exotic beach vacation destination, La Digue is one of the most popular islands in the Seychelles, and Anse Source d'Argent is the reason why. This amazingly beautiful beach features giant boulders on its shores. Dark granite boulders on a white sand beach is the most dramatic vision you could imagine for a tropical setting! The pathway to the beach runs through an old coconut plantation, which is fascinating in and of itself.

how cool is at beach !

I remember a number of years ago being on the coast of Brittany and there was a beach that had red rocks on the beach and it reminded me of Voltaic.

The feeling I had when standing on the beach look out at them was quite overwhelming.....made me think that I need to get out more ! lol

I have a number of pictures of there pictures because they reminded me of Riven. Thereare some truly astounding places around that make Myst series islands look not so outlandish after all! I even have pictures of trees that are weirder. I'll try upload them when I get the chance.

The other thing I look out for is walkways or pathways that appear from undergrowth leading who knows where ?
