Yeah, I was missing a few components, so I downloaded the 32-bit version. |

I've been taking a course ing Digital Media and a classmate recommend Blender. So I go to download it and dun-Dun-DUN!!!! There's no installer for Windows 64-bit. So, how do I install it if I CAN install it. And if it does install, do you recommend any tutorials? EDIT: I got it to open using the method described here. Does that count as being "installed"? |

It's simply not always there. Just wait and see. Free Bird is correct. It's supposed to do that. Frustrating, I know. Read about it here. It's the seventh one listed, look at "Special Conditions". |

I must have missed something way back in the other posts... How do you take a screen shot of your desktop? I am currently using my dad's comp (as I have none of me own), and it has a rather (unique) background on it. Hi there! To get a screenshot of your desktop, go to it (ie minimise other windows) and press 'print screen' on your keyboard. Then open up MSPaint or whatever you use, edit>paste, and save as a friendly image format (jpg or something, as long as you don't save it as a bmp it should be ok). Basically the same method I mentioned in the "realMYSTcommunity comics" topic. Do not fear the "Print Screen" button! And, yes, welcome! |

Basically: 1. Go to your wardrobe 2. Do a "Ctrl + #" action 3. Click "Print Screen" on your keyboard. This will put a screenshot of the program at the instant you hit the button, so hit it when you find an especially good pose. 4. Minimize Uru and Open any photo-editing software (Paint, GIMP, Photoshop, etc.) 5. Hit "Ctrl + V" and your screenshot should be there! If you don't like it, open Uru and try it again. 6. This step is more involved and depends on your personal preference of doing things. You can: - Add layer masks to each individual avatar and compile them onto a white background (that's what I did, in GIMP) or alpha channel/transparency (like LThyme's). - Use the bucket tool to fill in white space around the character (I would probably use the lasso or crop tool before this, but I just gave up altogether because the bucket tool is too cranky for my perfectionism) I'm sure other had different methods, so start asking around. If you need anything, I can explain or help. |

Yeah, I really like that as well! No more taking screenshots!!! But I hate that you can only store 20 images. I like to fill my Myst journals with TONS of photos with commentary. |

Ahhhh, instancing. Well, I usually put them into three catagories: Public Semi-Private and Private The Journey Ages and PoTS Ages are Private. Anything relating to or accessed from the Bevin is Semi-Private. Most areas available in your Nexus are Public, with the exception of Ae'gura. I think it can be all three, Private when accessed from your Relto, Semi-Private when accessed from your Bevin, and Public when accessed via your Nexus. But I could be wrong. |

I have never had jumping issues with any of the doors. I've only ever fallen from running too far in certain areas. And I never really reviewed the puzzle difficulty because I always cheat my way through everything |
